A parody of Betsy Ross, a seamstress mouse who had a little shop set up in the middle of a haystack in a farmer's field. One day a finely dressed mouse, tall and handsome mouse, named George, knocked on her door. He was the leader of a newly formed country in the meadow. He heard of Betsy's sewing talent and her magic needle able to make beautiful things from scraps wanted her to sew a flag for this newly fledgling country. She eventually made a red, white, and blue flag bearing the 13 stars that unified the thirteen colonies.
