When you want to build anything to last, you need good solid foundations. When God wants to build His Church, He then gives us solid foundations to build on.
He gave us His Son as the cornerstone, and the Word of God as building materials. Then He gave us His Creation. It is the first thing we read in the Bible. It is the foundations of everything that came after.
Literally, the creation account is what all that follows stands on, or hinges off. Without an understanding of Creation, you do not have any reliable foundations
for your belief, or your faith. The creation account is so full of information that, once you get a hold of it, unfolds so much of understanding of the whole rest of the Bible.
Without the creation account, none of the rest makes much sense, if any. It covers everything we go through, and points us back to God's love and care for us in everything.
With that, let us enter into that teaching, and see what God has in there for us to learn from.
