Rooted in the soil of rural Kansas, her journey began in a small town where life was simple but faith ran deep. After her parents divorced, she was raised with grace and surrounded by Godly women who became her foundation. Her mom, aunts, and grandma were the daily living bread in her life. Their prayers, presence, and guidance were the primary ingredients God used to shape her spiritual growth. Having spent the better part of her life in church, she had plenty of time and opportunity to write about her experiences. Today, she is blessed with four children, nine grandchildren, and three great grand-children. Currently, she serves as a High School Special Education teacher. Beyond the classroom, she is a leader, teacher, and mentor in men's and women's discipleship program, helping others navigate their coarse toward freedom in Christ. Her greatest passion is the Word of God. She believes the Bible is truly active, alive, and breathing. It is her Daily Bread: revealing new truths, giving inspiration, providing instruction, and directing the way forward.
