Wilfred Isak April is a Namibian scholar specialising in entrepreneurship. He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from New Zealand, a Master of Commerce from Stellenbosch University (in collaboration with the European Business School, Germany), and honours degrees in Human Resource Development and Industrial Psychology. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education from the University of Namibia. Currently a Senior Lecturer at the International University of Management, he has served in academia for nearly a decade and contributes to international journals. He is committed to research, education, and community development.

Léo-Paul Dana is Chief Researcher at Kazimieras Simonavicius University Research and Innovation Institute (Lithuania) and Professor at VIZJA University (Poland). He is internationally recognised as a leading scholar in Indigenous and ethnic minority entrepreneurship. His work has significantly shaped the field, highlighting how culture, kinship, community values, and local knowledge influence entrepreneurial activity beyond conventional business theory. He has published extensively and contributed to establishing Indigenous entrepreneurship as a distinct area of study.

Amon Simba is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Nottingham Business School (UK) and Director of the AfrIE Research Hub. His expertise focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation in Africa. He supervises doctoral research and holds visiting and adjunct professorships at institutions including HEC Montréal, Wits Business School, Durban University of Technology, and the Central University of Technology. His research contributes to advancing knowledge on entrepreneurship ecosystems and innovation across emerging markets.
