Coalt C. Robinson is the teaching pastor at Bethel Church in Yale, South Dakota, where he has served for several years shepherding believers through faithful, gospel-centered preaching. He has studied at Montana Bible College (Bozeman), The Baptist College of Florida (Graceville), and Sioux Falls Seminary (Sioux Falls), and previously taught Bible classes at James Valley Christian School in Huron, South Dakota. His theological training and pastoral ministry have given him a deep commitment to making the riches of Scripture accessible to ordinary Christians.Coalt's debut book, Anchored in Hope: The Gospel of Romans for Everyday Life, was born not in a study but in a pulpit and tested in a difficult season of life. The devotional readings grew out of sermons preached through the book of Romans, then were revisited and refined during a time when the truths of the gospel were not theoretical but deeply necessary. The result is a work that combines theological depth with devotional warmth, written to help readers not merely understand Romans but trust, love, and live its great truths. As Coalt describes it, the book was "not written merely to inspire, but to shepherd."Raised in a Christian family in a small community in eastern Montana, Coalt came to know Jesus at a young age. He is married to Desirae, and together they are raising four boys: Will, Silas, CJ, and Gage.
