About The Book
Some lives are written in books. Others are written in dust, sweat, and eight seconds in the arena.
The Life & Times of a Modern Day Cowboy tells the story of Pinky, a man who spent more than 6 decades living the cowboy way. Raised on a hardworking farm, he found his path in the saddle-working cattle, riding bulls, and chasing rodeos across the country.
From early mornings in feedlots to the roar of rodeo arenas, this memoir captures the grit, humor, and brotherhood that define the Western way of life. Along the way, Pinky faced hard lessons, unforgettable friendships, and the challenges that shaped both the man and the cowboy he became.
More than a rodeo story, this is a journey of perseverance, loyalty, and life lived close to the land-where a handshake matters and a man's word still counts.
