C.W. Gowen, Jr. is a pediatrician who has spent his career helping babies and children grow strong and healthy. He grew up in Virginia, where he loved Halloween, pumpkins, and giving out candy to trick-or-treaters.Dr. Gowen still enjoys handing out treats on Halloween night, and he believes that, just like Emma, every child shines in his or her own unique way (especially when candy is involved!).
