Hamed Taherdoost is an award-winning scholar and R&D expert with over 20 years of cross-sector experience bridging academia and industry. He is the Founder of Hamta Business Corporation, Professor and Chair of the RSAC at the University Canada West, and Senior Technical Consultant of R&D at Q Minded | Quark Minded Technology Inc. His multidisciplinary work spans IT, healthcare, energy, and transportation across Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. >50) for his contributions to research methodology, management information systems (MIS), and technology management. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Vice Chair of the Department of Arts, Communications, and Social Sciences at the University Canada West (UCW). In addition, she is the Director of Quark Minded Technology Inc. and Hamta Business Corporation, where she leads strategic research and development initiatives. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and a Master of Administrative Science in Human Resources, bringing over 15 years of industry experience, including leadership roles in SMEs and with KPMG. She is an active member of CPHR and a frequent speaker at international conferences.
