Stiffie!, a breakthrough medication in the burgeoning ED segment, is not selling in La República, the company's only international market. Dennis Martin, affable mid-manager and amateur philatelist, is sent to La República to firm up flaccid sales of Stiffie!. Dennis lands in La República only to find out republicanos claim they are too virile for such a product. Nobody is buying and Dennis' career may be at an end. Meanwhile he is spotted on a security camera by Tirofijo, the country's leading thug, racketeer, and wannabe film director who mistakes him for a 1940s rom-com actor. He decides Dennis will star in a remade scene of a familiar WWII romance that takes place in war-torn Morocco. But first, Tirofijo must orchestrate the kidnapping of Dennis Martin with the help of Paola Labios and the girls of the Happy Fish, La República's most notorious brothel.
