In the shadowy underbelly of Florida, Ralph Murphy is the Dark Coast Racer, known for his daring escapades in a hotrod 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. One night, the Syndicate sends their assassin to murder him and destroy his car. Ten years later, the driverless Cuda mysteriously appears to his son, Ramon, a nineteen-year-old who dreams to race the drag circuit. His dad's voice through the radio asks for his help to exact revenge against the Syndicate. The desire to drive the Hemi-powered Cuda is all it takes to get Ramon onboard. It's a wild ride, however, the Syndicate's assassin reappears, and Ramon's mission to avenge his father tragically falls short. Now it's Ramon's voice in the radio that recruits his sister, Rowin, to drive the Cuda and confront the killer. She's no superhero, but for her family, she'll risk her life to revive the legend of the Dark Coast Racer.
