Holly B. Rogers, MD, is a psychiatrist, meditation teacher, and cofounder of the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (MIEA), formerly known as Koru Mindfulness. She spent over two decades as a psychiatrist at Duke University's student counseling center, where she developed and researched mindfulness programs for young adults. She is also the coauthor of Mindfulness for the Next Generation (Oxford University Press). Through MIEA, she trains educators and clinicians to deliver mindfulness programs worldwide.
