John D. Cadore was born on the Island of Grenada in the West Indies. He has served as both a commissioned and non-commissioned officer in the United States Armed Forces. This is Cadore's second published book. He holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and a law degree, and has completed all requirements-except his dissertation-for a Ph.D. in Economics. He also served as an adjunct professor for three years and is currently a practicing attorney.
