Marco Ruggeri (PhD in Management, Banking & Commodity Sciences, Sapienza University of Rome) is a Researcher (RTD-A) in Commodity Sciences (SSD: ECON-10/A) at the Department of Management, Sapienza University of Rome; qualified as Associate Professor (ASN 2025), visiting Professor at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. His principal areas of research are: Sustainable Development, Industry 4.0 and 5.0, Life Cycle Thinking, Sustainable Consumption and Nutrition. He is the author of publications in International and National Scientific Journals (around 60).
Marco Savastano (PhD in Management, Banking & Commodity Sciences, Sapienza University of Rome) is a Senior Researcher and Lecturer in Commodity Sciences (ECON-10/A) at the Department of Management, Sapienza University of Rome. Qualified as Associate Professor (ASN 2021). Visiting Professor at several foreign universities. For the Department, he is responsible for Erasmus+ agreements, European projects and international visiting scholars. His main research areas are in the domains of Innovation Management, Circular Economy and Sustainability Assessment. Author of more than 70 International and National Publications (articles, chapters, volumes and encyclopaedia entries) and speaker at numerous National and International congress.
Giuliana Vinci (PhD in Food Commodities Science, Sapienza University of Rome) is Full Professor of Commodities Science (ECON-10/A). Lecturer in "Sustainable Innovation" at the Department of Management, Sapienza University of Rome. Lecturer in "Management and Nutrition in Collective Catering" at the SANU degree course, Campus Bio-Medico University. Her research focuses on various areas, such as: Food Quality and Safety, Sustainable Development, Application of LCA to production systems, Ecological Footprint, Food Waste. She is the author of more than 300 publications in International and National Scientific Journals.
