I peered around the corner, gazing down at the spacious, shiny hall. I could hear Gwyneth's melodious, hypnotic humming. Her voice had a nasally-snobbish edge to it, yet it still sounded so elegant and captivating. Despite my default melancholic frown, there was a glimmer of intrigue and yearning in my eye.
It was very rare to spot Gwyneth among these Isles. Which was strange, since Gwyneth was so expressive and so bombastic-both in her films and in real life.
I longed to see her. I wanted to be in her stunning, eye-catching presence, so that she could lay her beautiful, suggestive eyes on me... and run her fingers through my hanging tuft of head-fur...
Suddenly, the entire place transformed into a luscious botanical garden full of botanical ferrets and glimmering statues. I gasped, realizing I was now peering from around a tree, rather than a golden wall. There were flower petals falling from the tree above me, each one a different shape and color.
The place was also filled with hovering giant cards, many of which were displaying colorful cartoon-like ferrets.

The Ferret Universe: The Door to Paradise (Official Compilation - Entries 1-100) is a compilation of short-story entries that take place on the Paradise Isles, which are part of a special "Pocket World" within the ferret-only Universe of Ferretopia. A golden washing machine in Ferretopia leads to these luxurious, sweet-smelling Isles. Zaden, Lula, and Lazarai embark on many miscellaneous adventures in this resort-like world.

Additionally, as with all series by M.B. Dalson, a happy ending for all characters is already set, positive components of characters' core traits will not change, and relationship statuses and positive components of characters' relationship dynamics will not change throughout the collections.
