Our mind is divided into consciousness and unconsciousness. At some point in life, we repress emotions or thoughts we cannot handle, and these become trapped in the unconscious. The unconscious is often difficult to access due to various defense mechanisms. Therefore, until we look into the unconscious and interpret it, we find it hard to understand ourselves.

However, we cannot fully live our lives relying solely on the power emanating from the tip of the iceberg that is our conscious mind. We must illuminate the unconscious and harness its power. We must shine the light of insight onto the unconscious, interpret it through language, and integrate its power into our conscious mind. This process is called the purification of the unconscious or the conscious integration of the unconscious.This writing is the result of shining the light of insight into my unconscious and interpreting it, through the experiences I've had and the pain I've endured because of them. Your unconscious will be different from mine. Yet, some part of it will surely provide clues to illuminate your own unconscious.

Light casts shadows. We navigate the world with the light of consciousness, yet immense repressed shadows exist. If we can communicate with those shadows through language, we may receive tremendous life force from them.

Looking into the unconscious is essential, but it requires courage.I send my encouragement to your life as you summon that courage.
