G. S. Cifuentes was born to immigrants in the decade where pop culture was truly taking off. Raised with public broadcast shows and being mystified by animation and storytelling, he grew up having to push that all to the side to become an acceptable functioning member of society. But as an adult, the rules have changed. Imagination and fantasy are valid pursuits. Writing, cinema, video games, it's all a sought after commodity. People want to escape from the drab mundane grind of life, and G. S. Cifuentes, like everyone else, loves to be swept up in a good story. Until one day he decided he was going to put his own imagination to work. After failed attempts at a normal life, he decided that writing his cinematic thoughts would be a healthy outlet while grinding his day jobs. Finally putting pen to paper after almost a decade of working a superhero styled spy thriller. G.S.
