Richard A. Rosen is professor of law emeritus at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Joseph Mosnier earned his Ph.D. in civil rights legal history, and his Master's in Public Health with a global health emphasis, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He now pursues his interest in social justice in the arena of global public health.
