Robert Morgan is a poet, novelist, and essayist from North Carolina. He has been a professor of English at Cornell since 1971 and has published seventeen collections of poetry, six volumes of short fiction, seven novels, two collections of essays, and biographies of Daniel Boone and Edgar Allan Poe. Randall Wilhelm is a writer, editor, and researcher who lives in Clemson, South Carolina. He is editor of Conversations with Robert Morgan, Summoning the Dead: Essays on Ron Rash, and The Ron Rash Reader.
