Amy Powell is the founder and CEO of Well Works, a leadership development company dedicated to equipping construction professionals with the essential "people" skills they need to thrive. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Amy has built her career on one core mission: to support and empower those who build our world-from the field to the front office.Drawing from her background in construction management and adult education, Amy designs and delivers training programs that translate leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making into practical tools that fit the jobsite. Her flagship offering, the Well Works Leadership Development Program (WWLDP), was field-tested by veteran construction leaders and crafted to be as real and relevant as the work crews it serves.Amy holds a Master's in Adult Education and Training, along with certifications in neuroscience, leadership psychology, and social psychology. She is also a LEED AP, WELL AP, and ASHE Construction Certified.
