Madison always felt like she was a disappointment to her parents. They named her after a mermaid and they wanted a little mermaid type of girl for a daughter that they could proudly parade in front of their friends, but they got a shy girl that her classmates called `Fat Fanny Maddy.' It hurt her to hear them call her that. That just made her all the more withdrawn. Then one day she met a woman, named Pat, who had just moved into her neighborhood recently.

When Madison was doing a survey for school. She went to Pat's house, and she invited the young girl in then studied Madison carefully before asking her to be her housekeeper! She took the girl by surprise, and it took Madison a moment to recover before Madison asked what kind of cleaning she had in mind. Pat proceeded to outline her duties. Madison thought it was easy money. Madison began working after she got home from school.

She dusted and vacuumed the rugs. She even did the laundry for her. It was pretty much routine for a few weeks. Then she started noticing that Pat's sheets smelled of ammonia and wondered why a grown woman would be peeing in her bed. The bed was covered with a rubberized sheet under the fitted sheets, so Madison just suspected that she had a bladder problem.
