Shaykh Ninowy's work gently traverses the Qur'anic middle-way, or the Wasatiyya, which is a path of love based on thought and moderation.

Faith and faithfulness is love between Allah and the people of faith. A Muslim is in love with Allah Ta'ala. It is love that makes us with hold food from our bellies when we fast, it is love that makes us give away from our earnings, our wealth to the poor, it is love that makes us forsake our beds, our sleep, in the wee hours of the morning to pray, it is love that makes us save for years, to leave our families, to travel thousands of miles for the Umrah and Hajj. It is only love that can drive us to make these sacrifices.

Love is a gift from Allah Ta'ala because without His Will and His Generosity, we would be heedless of the gift of His love.
