Dr. Kalathinkal began his career in Kerala as a non-vocational teacher and principal, later advancing to Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at WMO College. His role as Faculty and Registrar of Business Studies at Shinas College of Technology in Oman added an international dimension to his career. Over the years, he has published 30+ articles in international journals, presented at eight conferences, served as an external examiner, and contributed to research committees in Oman.
