Currently, Phyllicia serves as the Marketing and Business Development Specialist at Prince George's Community Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Bowie, Maryland. She is also the founder of Phenomenal Productions, LLC, providing comprehensive meeting, conference, and event management services, earning a reputation for excellence nationally and internationally. Expanding her entrepreneurial focus, she launched Artisan's Affinity Alliance, supporting artisans and mobile business owners with educational programs and unique marketplaces, addressing critical gaps in local economies and food equity.
Phyllicia's career includes leadership roles in government, consulting, and creative industries. Notably, she served as the Founding Program Director and Chief Operating Officer of Leadership Greater Washington, Inc., where she was instrumental in shaping one of the region's premier community leadership development organizations. Her efforts foster meaningful relationships across professions and communities, setting a benchmark for transformative leadership programs and organizations.
Her passion for community impact extends to the coordination of farmers' markets and artisan marketplaces, connecting local producers with consumers while addressing food disparities. A proud alumna of Howard University, Phyllicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Divinity. Her educational foundation in Micro-environmental Studies, Design, and Theology enriches her holistic approach to leadership, combining expertise in nutrition, human development, and the arts.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Phyllicia is the founder of Hannah's Grace, Inc., a faith-based ministry supporting citizens in need. She has served on numerous boards, including the Juanita C.
