Marine Rescue volunteer Shiraz Jones is training for her qualified crew certificate when she's inadvertently drawn into a spooky investigation. Lady Dulvington is convinced a restless spirit is haunting her country house, Alnchurch Park, and she asks Shiraz to investigate. In return, she agrees to donate a significant sum to Redcliff Marine Rescue. Shiraz believes the apparition is of human origin, and she begins questioning suspects. Then Lady Dulvington employs a professional paranormal investigator, and Shiraz finds herself feuding with him as they each try to convince her their theories are correct. But once Shiraz stakes out the ruins of the old house, she makes an unexpected discovery. Will she unearth the real reason for the ghostly phenomena?
