Andy Fryer is a seasoned leader and coach with over 45 years of experience of working within, leading and coaching teams. He spent 33 years as an RAF officer, including a year as commander of the enormous NATO base in Kandahar, Afghanistan - home to over 19,000 people and 300 aircraft and under frequent rocket attack. He then worked as an entrepreneur for a number of years and as Chair of the Board of a charity, before retraining as an executive and team coach. As a coach, he has worked with leaders and team across diverse organizations from National Grid through Novartis to Amazon, where Andy is known for his poised presence and ability to support individuals to navigate challenges independently. With qualifications including an MBA and postgraduate qualifications in coaching, he instills confidence and promotes growth through calculated risk-taking.
