Good caregivers are dependable, compassionate and trustworthy. A good caregiver also feels at ease with both the client and their family member(s). There are times when it's challenging to provide the necessary care that our loved ones need.
A family member or paid helper who regularly looks after a child or a sick, elderly or disabled person. A person who gives care to people who need help taking care of themselves. Examples include children, the elderly or patients who have chronic illnesses or are disabled.
