At the beginning of his day, Lieutenant Colonel Saif Al-Hanawi receives a report about the suicide of a woman of Armenian origin who lives in one of the buildings in the Glim neighborhood in Alexandria. The incident seems normal at first glance, but as the investigations begin, unexpected surprises are revealed that cast a shadow over most of the building's residents and expose aspects of their secret lives. Then the details become more complex. It gradually expands until it becomes clear that the suicide woman is linked to secret relationships, immoral deviations, suspicious deals, and major corruption files with some of those with financial and political influence in society... so the course of the case changes and turns from a mere suicide incident to a suspicion of a murder whose motives are multiple, including love, betrayal, lust, and money... and everyone becomes in the dark. The circle of suspicion of involvement in the tragic end of the woman known in the neighborhood as "Al-Khawajaya"
