She is a mom, writer, and artist. She is also a yoga teacher and a Mindfulness and Meditation instructor.
She was the creator of the website and blog "Educación creativa" (Creative Education) -when her children were young- which served as inspiration for parents and early childhood professionals to cultivate creativity in their children's lives.
Over time, she has discovered that creativity and spirituality are intimately related, and our life is our work of art. She is deeply committed to her practice, continuing to study and train while teaching and writing.
Currently, she is undergoing training in Tibetan Buddhism at the Budadharma Institute, deepening her yoga and meditation practices with teachers from the United States and Argentina, who are references in these fields. She also studies and practices Zen Buddhism. In Dharma, she has found the wisdom she always longed to know and live from experience.
She expresses herself through various artistic areas, such as photography, watercolor painting, abstract and intuitive painting. Since she was a child, she has been writing. She used to write for school events and then joyfully read them aloud to everyone: poetry, stories. Writing is a way of communicating from the heart.
She works internally to ensure that her life is coherent and in harmony with the presence of the heart. She understands that being present is the best gift we can give to the people we love. To achieve this, we need to practice moment to moment; connect with the rhythms of nature, with the beauty of the simple; cultivate gratitude, joy; and bring creativity to every area of our lives.
Her journey begins with a call from the heart, a deep longing to share what brings well-being. Because the world needs her medicine.
She lives in Argentina, and her online page is nataliagraton.com
