His research interests include the New Institutional Economics & Institutional Distance, Inclusion & Diversity, Path Dependence, Change & Dynamic Capabilities, Globalization & Responsibility. He is the spokesperson and co-founder of the graduate school "Dynamic Capabilities and Relationships" funded by the Dieter Schwarz Foundation and co-founder of the graduate school on "Path-Dependency" funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG).
Markus Vodosek is a clinical Associate Professor in the management and entrepreneurship department at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Before joining Kelley, he was professor of strategic management and leadership at the German Graduate School of Management and Law in Heilbronn, Germany. His research interests include interpersonal relationships in organizations and global leadership skills as a strategic resource.
Heinz-Theo Wagner is a Professor of Management and Innovation at the German Graduate School of Management and Law (GGS), Heilbronn, Germany. His research interests include innovation management, the role of digital technologies and their impact on organizations, and the IT business value creation process. Since 2010 Heinz-Theo Wagner serves as a faculty lead for the doctoral programme in Dynamic Capabilities and Relationships.
