Sheila R. Smart is the author of several inspirational books for adults and children: Unbridled-Taming the Bully, My Moments with God, In His Presence, The Donkey's Tale, Willie the Curious Panda, Jacob's Well and How I Met that Special Man. She has also made contributions to magazines, focusing on parenting and teen girls' issues. Dr. Smart's lifelong mission to serve others includes her thirty-year tenure as Director/Superintendent of several children's ministries in the United States and abroad.  She heads an outreach ministry for her church in Charlotte, North Carolina, which attends to the spiritual needs of the elderly and shut-in. Dr. Smart's calling to reach and serve others has broadened in the mission field to Asian and South American countries.
