Yuki finds himself in a big bind after his uncle selfishly desserts both him and his little brother with his own money. Desperate for somewhere to keep and raise his brother safely, he is left distraught with his hands tied as he won't be able to complete his contract with Shusake.

Shusake sees even more advantage in Yuki's sudden dilemma and offers his help.
