Loodles are creatures who live in a colorful land similar to our world. The Loodles are content until they develop a new gadget called a Wadget. Soon, all of the Loodles are using their Wadgets constantly and carrying them everywhere they go. Eventually, the Loodles realize that something is missing. Thinking they can find what's missing, the Loodles add feature after feature to their Wadgets. Still, something is missing--until the power goes out, and the Loodles discover what they were really missing.
