In the early 20th Century great academics and players such as H.L Clarke and Claude Gordon understood the importance of working various key physical elements of playing, regularly, in order to build strength and maintain stamina. These fundamentals have flooded the market with many great methods and tuition guides that have integrated the ideas into their publications. However, the vast majority of these books are over complicated to the complete beginner, which is a problem because the complete beginner needs this information more than anyone else!
