The Fourth British Egyptology Congress (BEC 4) in September 2018 at the University of Manchester featured 82 papers, including four keynotes, spanning Egyptology, archaeology, museology, and Nile travel history. This volume includes 13 representative papers, aiming to stimulate further scholarly dialogue and research.
A representative selection of thirteen of the eighty-two papers and six posters presented at the congress have been chosen by Graves for inclusion in this volume and are attractively reproduced with full colour photographs.
