Dr. Sarah Wolff (PhD London School of Economics and Political Science) is a research fellow at the Clingendael European Studies Programme (CESP) of the Netherlands Institute of International Relations 'Clingendael'. Her PhD research focused on The Mediterranean Dimension of the European Union's Internal Security. She was a Fellow of the "European Foreign and Security Policy Studies Programme" of the VolkswagenStiftung, the Compagnia di San Paolo and the Rijksbanken Jubilarumsfund.
Dr. Nicole Wichmann is a Senior Researcher at the Swiss Forum for Migration and Population Studies, which is affiliated with the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. She has recently completed her PhD thesis on EU Rule of Law Promotion in the European Neighbourhood Policy at the University of Lucerne
