Subhash Chandra Bose, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India. He is associated with the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), the Naval Research Board (NRB), and the Research Centre Imarat (RCI). V. P.
