Jim Jim is in federal prison after performing a successful hit on a detective that was getting a little too close to the truth about dirty Detective Janikaski's illegal dealings. Thinking it was Heath's young nephew Exavier who snitched, after giving him the murder weapon and landing him in juvenile detention, the heartless Jim Jim is out for revenge. After finding proof that maybe it wasn't Exavier who ratted him out after all, Jim Jim finds himself on the receiving end of revenge instead-and from more than one party.
