Interstellar Science Fiction Alcent is a revised version of a story that was originally published with the title The Ultimate Adventure. Some parts of the story have been condensed to make room for new material. Alcent is the first book in the Alcent Series. In this book, Captain Jerry Jerontis commands Earth's first starship on a journey to the Alpha Centauri System. His mission is to establish a human community on Alcent, a dinosaur dominated planet orbiting Alpha Centauri A. En rout to Alcent, Captain Jerontis makes friends and enemies when he gets involved in a worldwide war on Zebron, a human populated planet orbiting Alpha Centauri B.
